We hold regular public meditation events on week nights in all our centres around the UK as well as hosting lecture courses and meditation retreats several times each year.

The lecture courses are given by Buddhist teachers from the UK and other parts of the world who have many years of meditation experience. Here you will find details of our upcoming lecture courses and retreat information. This information is updated monthly so please check back from time to time.

There is no charge for attending our weekly meditation events as our work is funded by members who make voluntary donations. Should you wish to make a donation or become a member, please enquire at your local centre.

There will be a small charge for lecture courses and meditation retreats to cover costs such as the rental of a venue, food during retreats and travel costs for a teacher. The cost of these events is always advertised with the event details.
